Hi, I'm an Canadian ex-pat living in Nicaragua. We've been here nearly a year. Quit my professional career, got divorced, got remarried and moved to a foreign country. Yup a few changes, and until my patterns stabilized I put on some undesired weight. I'm having fun with food, now that i have time to make meals. I don't have a scale, and the town I live close to doesn't have any stores to sell scales. The only time I can weigh myself is when we go to a town about 30 minutes away, and they have scales in the hardware store..but I usually forget to step on the scale.

I'm originally from Chicago/Joliet Illinois but currently live in Texas. (Been in Texas for 9 years.) Going to visit England in September very excited!!!
