    Yes. Sometimes I do 4 nights depending. I don't mind night shift.

    I work 7p-7a usually 7 days a week make workout hard some days and eat correctly hard at times. I workout before I go to bed but stop eating several hours before I go to sleep.how do you night shift workout and eat?

    I'm up most nights. But it's a little different for me, firefighter so it's up and down. Sleep, awake, sleep awake...etc....

    Lol! No one could blame you for doing that. It cools down into the 90°F range at night. Still not cool enough. I feel sorry for anyone who has to park their car at work (in the sun all day), and at 4:30 drive home inside their car/oven. On the bright side we don't get snow in winter. Right now 4:30pm is breakfast time for me so I wish you a good morning. :-)

    Me! I work 10pm-6:30am. I work 5 nights on and then 9 days off that I try to switch my schedule around on.
