Does anyone else take a nap after leg day ?

I just trained legs and really pushed my limit. I am so drained that I feel like taking a nap lol.

Does anyone else feel like this after the smash legs ?

Dude, yes. Deadlift days (squats, deadlifts, overhead presses/push presses) are the days when I want to fall asleep at my desk shortly after lunch. Ugh.

So much! Last night was a big squats day and I fell asleep at 7:30. Totally wiped.

The same. I did heavy squats with low reps. Then smith machine squats to mimic a hack squat. I did alot if exercises for legs. I was wiped out lol.

Hmmm I work graveyards and workout in the morning after my shift, so it's right before I'm meant to go to bed anyway. I find that I sleep better on gym days. I do full body so every gym day is "leg day", so I'll just say that yes, I sleep super well after I lift.
