I've been doing so well for a couple of years. I'm doing it slow and eating slightly below maintenance. Boom. Summer hits and I am slacking big time. All the BBQ's and pool time and beer and here comes 10 pounds back from the 30 I've lost. I've still been exercising regularly but you seriously can't outrun your fork, people. Back at it. Here I go.

Yeah- I understand - spend more time in the pool away from the food and beer. I try to focus on socializing and stay away from the food as much as possible. Just hop back on the wagon It is the only alternative.

Yeah, the only way I can stay on track is to increase my activity (during the summer) too!

I hear ya'. I slack in summer, too. It's so dang hot in Texas, I don't feel like doing much but making margaritas. Good for you for keeping up with the exercise, at least. You will thank yourself later for catching it & making a course correction early!
