Spreading calories-opions?

What r ur options/understandings about the healthiest/most beneficial way to spread calories?

3 meals

3 meals and 2 snacks

Large meals to smaller eals as the day goes on

Or 5-6 equal small meals???

I have increased my cals for maintenance so was going to make a meal plan just wondering how I should go about spreading my cals :) thanks

    3 meals and one snack are what I do, buuut 5-6 little meals a day does speed your metabolism up a lot. it's not essential though. in the end the most important thing is eating right.
