Did you make it or buy it?
If you made it, weigh the ingredients separately when assembling and log individually or use the recipe builder.
If you bought it, and the restaurant or store gives nutrition info, use that. If they don't, find a similar entry in the database. Since there's a lot of variation in the fish and vegetables and sauces used in sushi rolls, it's only going to be a rough estimate.0 -

Not sure where rest of comment went! Bit I purchased it. But when tracking the choice is "sushi - 1 roll" i was wondering if this was 1 roll or is 1 roll one piece?0

I'd search the variety of sushi it is and find the closest entry that has the details by weight. "1 roll" would usually equate to what you've bought, but there's no telling how big around or how much "1 roll" weighs. I know there are entries which have the info by grams though.1

Did you just pick the first "sushi" entry in the database that came up? It's probably a user entered item that is not going to be anything close to what you got.
A black dragon sushi roll from my local supermarket says 1 roll, 5pc, 112 g = 240 calories. If I got something from another place that was similar, I might use that entry, and adjust the servings to estimate what I got.

Yep. There's basic rice, fish and veggies. Calorie-added additives include cream cheese, avocado and sauce (eel sauce, etc.). The biggest calorie bomb is tempura, but your roll obviously doesn't look battered/fried.0 -
I usually get a sushi lunch pack with 8 pieces (basic rice, fish and veggies) and it weighs 180gm including wasabi, ginger and soy sauce... The pack contains 265 calories... hope this helps...0

Also mayo, there can be a lot of mayo in chicken, cooked tuna and cooked salmon sushi. Kewpie mayo especially is super high cal.0 -

It really depends on what is in the roll. I wouldn't use a generic "sushi roll" entry but try to find one close to what the roll is. So pick California roll if that is what it is. That will get you a lot closer.
I do sushi weekly and this is how I log. There are lots of rolls in the database.0
