Is it good to do an additional workout with the 30DS? I don't want to overdo it, but I don't want to miss out if there's something else I can do as well.

    It's up to your body! You will be able to feel if you are doing too much.

    If you feel like it, go for it! Be sure to take a rest day here and there though to prevent over training. Good luck!

    I like to mix Jillian Michaels with weight-lifting & running workouts as well - can't see how it'll hurt as long as you don't overdo it :)
