4 weeks back at the gym!

Today is four weeks back to the gym for me. I had no motivation, no self confidence, I was eating and not exercising my way out of my wardrobe. I decided that I did not want to buy a new wardrobe and I had to get some control back in my life. I got in touch with a friend who is a personal trainer and have had two sessions a week for the past four weeks (in about 2 hours will be my 8th training session). My stamina has improved. My arms look amazing. My abs are starting to realize they exist. My calves look awesome. I haven't really weighed or measured myself recently, and I will be doing that in the next week or so. But I feel like I am getting myself back!!!
