Hey everyone! I'm looking for more motivated plus size ladies to add to my feed! I love seeing everyone's progress, and seeing each other's motivation could help us all out! Currently, I'm down -26! Started 30 days ago!

Nothing at all!!!!!!!! I add people of all fitness levels, I just know that sometimes plus size (overweight) people have a bit harder time. So. I was just putting it out there for any of the plus size ladies to see, that I'm also plus and would add.17 -

A plus size girl. Was a size 24. Just fitted into my first pair of size 16 skinny jeans.
Still have a long way to go.

I'm definitely plus size and want to know how you lost 26lbs in 30 days. I REALLY need to do that.
I am on a plan with my dr. I aim to eat 1,100 calories per day. (She said I could do up to 1,200) And, I go to the gym daily or walk outside on the days I don't get to the gym. That's pretty much it. Before I walk or go to the gym I do a minutes worth of squats to stretch. Right now there is no weight training, due to the fact that, to put it bluntly, I'm fat. Before worrying about working on muscles, the concentration needs to be on losing fat. So, cardio it is! And lots of it!11 -
You should be proud of yourself Stephanie. That really motivates me. I have lost 9 pounds over two weeks. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by August. I have decided to set small goals for myself.2

Thank you. Sometimes (like this whole past week) I've screwed up A LOT, and made not the best choices. I've still lost, but wonder how the food I ate hindered the progress I would have had. I wanna do right, but some days, weeks...they're hard.4 -

Hello..My Name is Dawn...I just logged in today for the 190th day in a roll....started my journey over again 11/6/16 when the doctor told me I had sleep apnea and FLD since then I've put on my big girl panties and delt with it....I've went from 279.0 to 200.0 from a size 22/24 down to a 14/16 still want to loose about 40lbs but honestly I'll be happy to see 199.9 for the first time in my life....been stuck at 200 for a week now...AHHHHH!
