6/22 139.0 Lost 3lbs in round 7 by watching my carbs. Trying to stay around 20g.
6/23 139.4 Had family over for dinner last night for Chinese food and drinks. I tried to stay mindful by not eating carb-filled fried rice, chow mein & General chicken. Skipped beer and opted for diet mixed drinks & wine.
6/24 Out of town with no scale

06/26: 193.5 I AM BUMMED! Sometimes, I think that weighing myself every day is bad for my mental health because when I see the numbers on the scale go up, I get incredibly upset. However, it's almost like this compulsive thing that has me going back down to the scale every single morning to see if anything has changed at all. Today, is one of the days that I wish that I never would have looked. I stayed under my calorie intake yesterday, but I must be truthful, I had a slice of my own birthday cake. It's almost 500 calories alone for this cake! Also, since I exercised 6 days straight, I gave my body an active resting day. Now, I feel so guilty. I pushed myself to do an hour of cardio and upper body strength this morning, and I feel sick, sick, sick to my stomach. It's awful!
6/27: 190.5 I ended up in the ER parking lot yesterday thinking I'd need to go in. I spoke to my family doctor, and if I ever became short of breath or chest hurt, then I would have. Instead, I literally slept practically the entire day and night and missed a lot of my calories. I pushed myself in my workout yesterday, but it was more than my body could handle. I never want to feel like that again. I'd rather lose a couple of oz than be sick like that. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Thank you to everyone that explained to me that weight isn't a downward slide. It fluctuates. I needed to know that, and I need to remind myself of that.
6/28: 190.5 Staying steady. I am still not feeling well since I pushed myself beyond what I am physically capable of. Eating anything at all is hard for me right now because I feel extremely nauseous, but I have been pushing to eat something throughout the day and to drink some kind of water. I only took a casual walk last night around my yard to not push myself too hard but to still get some kind of movement in.
6/29: 190! I HIT MY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL FOR THE 10 DAYS. I didn't log any exercise yesterday because I was too busy walking around. I know I had several steps in, but my next door neighbor's house caught on fire. It's the saddest thing. They've lost everything. I am going to have to start thinking twice about using my crock pot.
6/30: 190. I am staying steady. I got over 6,000 steps in and did a lot of housework.
07/01: 190 once more. I am not losing any, but I am not gaining either. I'll take that!2 -

6/24-166.0/ I was reading and seen someone mention there scale was acting winky and needed new batteries, so I thought maybe mine is too. I weighed 164 then 166 today.... So I will see tomorrow what the difference is.
6/25-166.4/ I guess the batteries were good, still hanging on to the same number. Better then going up on a weekend.
6/26-166.6/ I think I need a new scale it gave me 4 random numbers so I picked the one that was similar to other days ugh. I had an awesome moment I fit into a size 9/10 and I haven't been in that size since 8th grade and I'm not 32 woohoo

6/28-164.8 finally back down to where I was a last tuesday! Going in the right direction.
6/29-165.4 ice cream Sunday and carne asada tacos but it was yummy
6/30-165.4 completely impressed! My steps were low dinner at a Mexican restaurant and stone cold ice cream afterwards. Wowzers.... I'm liking the squishy fat and woosh theory.
7/01-164.4 this is awesome so happen to end positive and down 2lbs.

6/29 182.0 I can't believe it! I never lose weight like this. But this is also the first time I'm weighing and measuring EVERYTHING consistently. I think in the past when I've tried to lose weight I had the mentality of, 'it's just an apple, it's just an extra bite, it's just another scoop, etc.' Well all those extra 'it's justs' add up! Lol

6/30 273.0 guessing the stress of having to move and husbands cancer is trying to take over. Will take extra time for a walk and bring the emotional eating under control.
7/1 274.0 Emotions, Stress, and water gain, not a great week. But gaining .4 pound is not as bad as gaining 5 in a week. So seems I have learned a few lessons to keep things from going out of control. Looking forward to round 9 being more productive.2 -

Ate terrible yesterday (talking chocolate ice cream, cheesesteak, fries, more ice cream) and did 15 mins of my version of HIIT and voila or it could just be that I didn't drink any water after the workout but I have never lost this much in a day doing machine workouts and thats including doing hours on a machine...goes to show that working the body old skool is better than the new sometimes)
6/29: 260.4 (the 260s is trying to hold on to me for dear life. I have to get outta here before July starts ugh.)
