People who do 30DS!!!!!! Help!!

I don't have a heart rate monitor yet that counts calories, but I was wondering if anyone has an average of how many calories they burn doing the 30DS. I am 5'3'' and about 175lbs. If anyone could give me an estimate to go on for now that would be great!! Thanks!!

Log it as circuit training. I think that is what most people without a HRM do! =D

I just read a topic of someone who is doing the 30 DS and because it is more toning and building up muscle she only burns of 181kcals maybe you can contact her :

I've read about 180-200 cals, I log 200 in my diary because I work my *kitten* off

I'm about the same height and weight and my HRM would give me about 220 calories burned; less than what MFP said.
