    Welcome aboard! I've been logging everything I eat for the last 6 weeks and have lost 7.4 pounds. I don't really see any difference in how I look, but I've lost an inch from my waist. Yahoo! I've found it very helpful to use a food scale for accurate logging.

    I've been logging and exercising for 4 months. Down about 30 pounds. I'm able to run 2.5 miles without stopping which is better than the 0.5 mile I use to run. All my clothes fit so it takes me less time to get out the door these days, in fact a lot of my favorite clothes are almost too big. I went from a size 12 down to a size 6. It's worth the effort even though I go through phases of low motivation. Good luck on you journey!
