Down 115 pounds and still going.

After one year and four months, I was able to reduce myself 115 pounds. I started with changing my diet, then added exercise, now have added strength training. I'm starting to see muscles I've never seen before in my life, and am capable to running, and playing with my children, like I've never been able to. ev9eh75c1sqy.jpg
