    And dont do abs everyday , do Abs every other during your weekly splits . And dont get furstrated . Try to decrease your body fat and they will pop out

    OP cut till he was weak and dizzy when working out... that's not something to be proud of I don't think.

    OP also has more muscle mass than you do (especially in the chest and abdominal region). Atleast in photos you two look similar BF level wise.

    If you are talking about me then i should let you know that i feel stronger than ever before . Weakness felt only in first two to three weeks and as the time passes , your body gets used to the new eating pattern. It becomes a way of life. I am more active and stronger . Cheers

    That's my point, I know I lost to much weight to fast hence the muscle mass, I went from 14st 8 down to 11st 8 in just under 5 months, I've now got the task of building the muscle back which I lost.
