Not sure if I'm in the right section, but I need help syncing Samsung Health to MFP

Hi all. I've connected the two apps, however I'm not seeing my step counts or fitness info from Samsung health going into MFP. I've checked off the Steps in MFP to come from Samsung health. Is there something I'm missing?

I've had some issues in the past with S-Health syncing. How long have you had this issue? The longest it's ever lasted for me is about a day or two and it'll iron itself out. I believe under troubleshooting for this, it's recommended to unsync and then reconnect. S-health has really helped me track my exercise so I hope this gets resolved for you too.

My problem is it deletes the exercise I have done. I gave up on it when the support staff just kept sending me robot replies. Like If I walk a mile, then go bike 4 it will delete the mile walk and replace it with the bike ride. Not keeping both.

I've had syncing issues with the MFP app on my phone when it's been stored on my SD card instead of internal memory. Moving it over solved it.

I've only recently synced them. I have started using Samsung Health as of yesterday. It seems like a really great feature!

How did you move it over to SD card?

It should be saving to your internal memory by default. Check under your system options of your phone to double check where it is. And I agree, it's a good app for me since it's already built into the phone so I don't need a extra app. Even if you send a email for support they will basicly say "shut it off and turn it on" and tell you to wait a day or two. I hope it works for you!
