EDIT: Made a half recipe for dinner... hence why I originally said approx. 350 for entire recipe instead of 620 :)

Protein Cookie Dough Recipe - makes 2 servings

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (120 calories)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (200 calories)
1/4 cup (28 grams) coconut flour (120 calories)
1 TBSP Cashew Butter (100 calories)
1 serving chocolate chips or chunks (80 calories)

Approx total per serving: 310 calories

Mix everything together, refrigerate or eat immediately. ENJOY. :)

    sounds nasty tbh

Only thing that worries me about making this is I'm afraid its going to be a small sad portion for 310 calories...

    Anybody try it yet?

You could probably do without the cashew butter to cut some calories tbh!

I would double check calories on that recipe because #1 - it's 300+ calories for half the recipe, not all and 2. - what is a "serving" of chocolate chips?

Just made it - didn't add the choc chips yet. Right consistency... think my vanilla protein powder is a bit overpowering though tbh. Doesn't look like a lot for 300+ cal to me... idk. Will throw in the fridge for a bit to see if that will help with the taste. Not sure if I will eat it yet ...

Thanks for posting this! Gives me a visual for the serving size
