under My Home, Goals, change goals, custom. It's should let you play with your daily requirements.
  • The way I get 90 grams of protein in, is by having low carb, high protein vanilla whey and I add a raw egg to it and put it in the blender... It tastes good and low in "Calories....low in Carbs and High in Protein....Do that three times a day along with alot of especially green veggies, red bell.. three times a day.....and I use rice vinegar and a little splenda to taste.....12 glasses of water a day and 1 different fruit every evening at 7pm...as my dessert for the day.... I have just decided to start tomorrow morning. The problem I have had in my past is..SUGAR....... 6 to 10 fruits a day....and BUTTER......BUTTER...MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY COMFORT FOOD. WHEN I MAKE MY SALADS FLAVORFUL I AM SATISFIED....WE CAN DO IT.....:flowerforyou: I BELIEVE.....!!!

I'm assuming the OP knows how to put in different amounts, but is getting stuck because of the 5% increments that mfp does. Given the calorie count she needs, the best I was able to come up with was:
    1100 calories
    15% 41g carbs
    35% 96 g protein
    50% 61 g fat

Because of the 5% increment, you'd have to put 1200 calories in to get exactly 90 g of protein to show up.
    1200
    15% 45
    30% 90
    55% 73

If neither those works for you, maybe someone knows how to actually change the number of grams directly or else put in a specific number for percentages....?? I'm new, but it didn't seem possible to me.

    Loretta,
Wow. You've faced so much adversity, but you have a great attitude! Continue to trust in God like that, and He will help you make it through!
Constructive criticism: typing in all caps is hard to read. And it can be considered rude (like screaming).
