Alright people, opened a thread just to see what other hardgainers did to pack on mass..drop your ideas of protien shakes and calorie dense meals and workout ideas for the newbie hardgainers here..including me! :)

    Options
    1.5 to 2X youre body weight in protien per day. Do your best to obtain yoir protien from food NOT protien shakes, they are not regulated by the FDA and therefore can tell ypi whatever *kitten* they want and in most cases you arnt getting what you think. As a way to get some extra protien when stuck with options...ya for sure. But NOT your primary source. Low weight high sets to force the blood into the muscle (pump) coupled with either additional sets of heavy weight or strength training days. EAT EAT EAT! Use macro nutrient calculation to figure out tour specific needs goals and let the magic happen lol

    Plan your meals to fit your calorie goal and get some food scales so you know you're eating enough
