    I agree with those, especially crafting (of any kind as long as it's not messy). I'm learning knitting, which is super-relaxing when coupled with music.

    My go to is walking Does not matter much where or when just walk.
    Walking in the rain is even more magical psychotically feels as if the rain then rinses off the stress while the ticking agains the raingear is extra soothing
