@libellemnm there isn't a join feature on this specific challenge. You can hit the star at the top though and whenever someone posts to the thread it will pop up in your notifications. Welcome and feel free to hold me accountable as well...I've been having a hard time getting dedicated last few months.2 -

Struggling with my side planks. Hoping some shoulder work will help me with that. Increased to 2 minutes totals, rotation front to side to side to front.

Edit: Quick question for some of the more knowledgeable plankers: I have never done a side plank, but I noticed that in some videos/how-tos, the feet are stacked on each other and in others, the feet are placed one in front of the other. Does the feet placement make a difference?0 -

@Creativityfailure I believe the feet stacked is the more advanced move. When beginning, having the feet one in front of the other should be the way to go.1 -

I'm leaning on agreeing with @lbenson2006, stacked is likely supposed to be more complicated because it puts all of the weight on a single leg. However, I generally do mine stacked, and find that putting both feet on the floor aggravates my knees a bit more. Dunno why other than just distribution of weight, but I tend to like to stack mine because it's more comfortable for me.
