I'm 5ft 2 and maintain on around 2000 calories a day. I'm lightly active , exercise every day as well as lift weights 3 x week
My goal range is 125-130lbs/ I'm 48/ UK size 8-10.
When I was losing I ate back half my exercise calories and lost 1/2lb a week. (had 25lbs to lose). Ate approx 1600-1750 calories to lose 0.5/wk.0 -
I'm 5ft and a half inch Im 22 I only started 14 days ago but I'm down around 10 pounds! I eat between 1000 and 1200 cals some days I might go over by 100 or so but I'll never eat less than 1000! I've two kids a two year old and a ten month old so I'm active enough but besides going for walks with the stroller I don't intentionally exercise! I also don't eat breakfast so I'll start eating around 1pm or so! This is my second time on MFP ... Gave up last time cause I tried to cut out all chocolate and junk etc but not this time. Now I save 200 cals for a small pack of reisens at night SW: 156, CW 147, GW 1171

I'm 5'2, just under 135 lbs and I'm on 1800 calories plus exercise calories to lose between 1lb and 5lbs more.
Sometimes I eat all my exercise calories, sometimes only half, depending on whether I'm hungry or not.0 -
I'm 5'2" and currently on 1100 cals a day as still a few pounds to go to goal weight. I try to get in 10-15k steps a day and 2 swims a week and rarely eat back any exercise calories - I regard them as my buffer for when I may enjoy an unexpected glass of wine or a treat with my grandsons. Once I hit goal weight I'll start increasing it slightly until I find the balancing point - I think that'll be around 1350-1400.0

*sigh* 5'1" here and even at the lowest calorie setting (1200) I was only losing 1.5lbs/week. I've found it in my best interest to not eat back exercise calories because it stalls my weight; I only do a bit of lifting and yoga and have a desk job. I'm currently at a 1320 limit, but tend to eat between 1100 and 1250 for a 1lb/week loss.1

I'm 5'2", 160 lbs, and i eat 1200 + exercise and I'm sure my measuring is inaccurate.
Losing 1 lb/week average. I'm happy with this.0 -
I'm 4'11" 120lbs and I eat between 1600 and 2000 calories a day.0

I'm 5'1 and I have mine set to lose 1.5 pounds pounds per week and I have mine set for active (I work out 3-4 times a week and I walk a lot at my job) and it gives me 1,640 calories a day. Sometimes I eat back half my work out calories and sometimes I don't eat them back. Depending on what my plans are for the day and what I plan on eating0

i'M 5' 1.5" and 122.
My net calories average 1200--which is using MFP or Fitbit's assumptions about exercise which for me is 3x week of 40 min cardio, 30 min weight training, plus 1 yoga class. I am otherwise fairly sedentary--desk job.
At that level I am supposed to drop .5 lbs/week. I did lose a bit until this past week--went away for the weekend and although I logged as well as I could, I had to guesstimate most of my meals and am actually up .5 lbs. I am going to try to stick to 1200 gross (not eat back exercise) and see what happens.
My maintenance is just about 1450. Hoping to add some muscle mass to increase that and get more movement during the day (probably average 7k steps when not working out).0 -
5'2" here, and MFP puts me at ~1300 / day to lose a crummy .25 a week. That's just ridiculous but I don't really have a choice right XD (Also the classic '2000/days for women for maintenance' is bull in my case. Sure, if I ran 2 hours every single day, I guess.)
Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories, but I try to keep it at 50% since I know my logging isn't accurate.

5'1'' here, bmr is 1350 calories and to lose weight I eat 1300-1500 calories. I walk a lot and work out and to maintain I need 1800-2000 calories a day. Pretty much with the activity I do I need the same calories as the average woman (I guess she's taller). I weigh 126 lbs0
