Jillian Michaels Workouts - Logging Help

Hi Everyone

I already do 30DS, which I log as circuit training, but hopefully today I should be getting my copies of BFBM and NMTZ.

What does everyone log these as?

    I am also logging 30ds as cardio but have just got the other 2 as well and would love to know what others put them as....
  • I always just log them as circuit training.

    i log as high impact aerobics

    They are also way double the time of 30ds so would be alot more I imagine maybe as 60 or 50min circuit training.They do look kinda fun but I think I may have been getting sore just from watching them lol I feel I am going to be very sore after doing these!!

    I have been counting as Calisthenics, but would love to know how everyone else does too.

    Thanks everyone! Only Banish Fat turned up, and it looks like it's mainly aerobics rather than strength training, so i guess i'll log as that! - Probably high intensity knowing Jillian!
