Hi I'm 27 and i'm looking for more friends for motivation. I am 5"7 and around 160 pounds, my highest weight was 180 lbs. I like to do cardio and weightlifting. my goal is to lose 10-15 pounds and gain more muscle. add me up if you like :)

    29, 5'6", 131.... can't seem to get under 129, but seeing fitness progress and working on lowering body fat %. They say the last 10lbs are the hardest and I completely get it now.

    Ok, not late twenties but early 30's lol. I'm 5'9 and currently 180. Due to lack of self care and high levels of job related stress I gained 20 pounds in the last year. I feel awful and want to go back to my normal weight which is around 160. Looking forward to staying in touch!

    27, 5'5 and currently 151. Highest weight was 161, and I'm wanting to get down to 130. :) Fitness-wise, it sounds like we have similar goals!

    Welcome to add me, 5'0" 126, at my heaviest I was 139. I like doing yoga, walking, running, climbing, and dancing!

    I'm 25, 134 pounds at 5'4". My highest was 191 pounds and my goal is to get down to 127pounds. The last 10 pounds really are the hardest.

    I've used MFP before but never connected with anyone - so this is new. I just turned 28 and I'm at about 190 at 5'6". Put on a lot of weight over the past 2 years when my father died and I started a high-stress job. Trying to take better care of myself and get back to a healthy weight. I love running and yoga.     I'm 29/F/5'9 and currently 238. Had got down to 178, but an accident in my family led to me gaining a lot of weight back. Trying to get back to Onederland by the end of 2017.

    I'm 25, 5'7", currently at 195lbs highest 198lbs. Due to low motivation, high stressed job and part time school I gained 30lbs in the past 2 years. My goal is to get back to 160lbs. I love to bike, swim and hike. Feel free to send request!

    Hey!
    I'll be 29 next month. Back in 2011, I lost 25lbs in 8 months. I maintained it until about 2015 when I left my boyfriend. We lived together, so moving out and readjusting really threw off my lifestyle - not to mention I hadn't cooked for myself in 2 years! I slowly started dropping my good habits, and here I am back where I started.

    So my current stats are...
    5'4"
    175lbs
    35.4%

    I'm new to the MFP community, so I'm not sure how people do this... but does anyone want to make a Snapchat group or something like that? Maybe share little video updates after workouts, meals, etc?

    Hi! I'm Im Chelsea. I'm about to turn 25! I was bad and stopped MFP for a few months but am back at it. I started at 160 after a lot of weight gain due to illness but am down to 134 actively working out and eating well. I'm not perfect, and weight is only a number. I care mostly about my health and maintaining my physical well-being for improved energy and strength. I'd love to connect and be motivational buddies if you're up for it!

    Almost the exact same goal here. I'm 27 and want to be around 160. Currently stuck at 210 since baby girl was born in March.

    I'm 28, 5'2", started a few years ago at 191, and am currently 143. Maintained 145-150 for about a year without thinking about it, but motivated again to lose another 15 maybe, or rather another 5 inches.

    Sometimess a runner and a lifter (ran my first half marathon a couple months ago!), but currently taking advantage of summer to bike to work 12 miles, 3x or more a week, and just started a ballet class.

    I just turned 27. At 5'6'' my last weigh-in was at 172, but I haven't had a great week so probably up a bit. I successfully lost over 60 lbs and got below 150 years ago, but in the past couple years they've been slowly creeping back on.     I'm 5ft6, started at 132lbs and I'm now 117lbs. I'm now looking to maintain the fat loss but build up some muscle! I do cardio and light weight lifting (while I'm weak, but hoping to get stronger and be able to lift more!).

    Hi I'm 25. Got down to 198, until 5 years ago. Started uni and had 2-3 hour journey each day to and from uni and late lessons. Lead to me eating more takeaways at 10pm and putting on loads of weight. Been trying to lose it since but keep having bad habits get in the way. Would love some motivational support.     Same! I'm kicking myself a bit for not caring and prioritizing work over my health, but what's done is done. Can only get better from here. We got this!
