Hi everyone, any recommendations for free online or downloadable Yoga & Pilates workouts?

I can't find any classes in my area so am looking for classes I can do from home. Ideally workouts of 15-40 minutes I can do once or twice a week.

Thanks

Thanks, it looks great. I wouldn't mind doing Pilates once a week too, anyone got any recommendations?

There are free Yoga apps in the app stores, and Nike+ Training Club now has a new yoga module. There are yoga poses in Sworkit as well.

Thanks everyone, I don't find the apps motivate me to do much so prefer to follow classes/videos. I'll have a look at all the suggestions :)

One more suggestion to add to the mix - KinoYoga on YouTube. She's a bit more challenging than Yoga with Adriene in my opinion, but also has some good foundational videos. I switch back and forth when I'm doing yoga at home between those two, depending on my needs for the day.

You'll find a b'zillion of them on YouTube. I, being a somewhat mobility impaired old fart really like the many seated ones that are on there. I also recently figured out how to find things on the YouTube app on an Amazon Fire TV box so can now see them on the big screen. Enjoy!
