Two week challenge

This is just to help jumpstart or to just amp you up again. This is two weeks of motivation to anyone who wants to do better with nutrition and exercise. Let's help each other out!!!!

I'm starting this on Friday July 7th why start on Friday? Well weekends are the hardest part of the week for many of us. Also why start on Monday when we can start friday!! 14 days who's with me!!!!4

I'm in. For these two weeks I will log everything, and beyond cardio which I do reliably, I will do my strength exercises.0

I have been off working out since January I am the heaviest right now..I feel terrible and recently I noticed I can't walk for long because my legs hurt so much..I am starting healthy diet and exercise today hope I get healthy and feel better and back on track.... I wanna lose atleast 1 kg by the end of two weeks ....2

2 weeks is a great kick start. I can do 2 weeks. I logged today, for the first time in a long time. I would like to loose 5 lbs in this kick start. Short attainable goals are so important. Let's do this.2

I weighed in at WW at 236 on Wednesday. Have to go this Wed. Hope to have lost at least a couple of pounds. I still log my food here to make sure I'm not overeating. Even the foods WW says I don't have to count I count here. Good luck everyone.1
