Fell off track

Last year I lost 25 pounds using MFP and running 5 miles a day in roughly about 3 months. I haved never felt better but I still wasn't at my goal. My fiancè returned from military training, I started college again and I got a new job. Ever since then I have gained back all and a few pounds. I have so much on my plate, no pun intended. I just want to lose 45 pounds but I have no idea where to start and keep my motivation going.
