With most people when you are hungry you are a little grumpy. So with a calorie deficit and not as much food intake how can you keep from getting hangry??

    Salted popcorn. Some brands have 40 calories per bag. Lots of volume and tasty too.
    Fruit and veg, especially veg.

    Fiber rich foods will fill you up. Proteins such as chicken and fish. If you can stay away from high carb stuff like pastas and rice you can fit quite a bit of food in during the day. Pasta and rice can take up a large chunk of your calorie allotment.

    I stopped eating small amounts of food frequently (6+ times a day) and started eating bigger meals less frequently (2-3 times a day). I also delay eating as long as possible in the morning.
