Starting Over (and More!!!)

Please read that ^^^
Fitness Journey:
- CW: ~220 LBS
- GW: 150-160 LBS
- GOAL DATE: Summer 2018
- Calories per day: 1650 calories
- Wha to eat: lots of water, teas, foods that are high in protein, plant/healthy carbs, low fats
- Examples: eggs, green veggies, almonds, kellogg special protein bars, brown bread, potatoes, peanut butter, grilled chicken, salmon...
- I'm allowing myself a cheat meal but I plan to do extra cardio before eating it and the meal cannot exceed 1000 calories
(Someone created a meal prep for me and exercise routine for me. message me if you want it).
Facial Skin Routine: (My skin is not that bad but there's room for improvement)
- cleanse with african black soap using a facial brush
- use rose water/witch hazel to tone after cleansing
- apply licorice root liquid extract, vitamin e oil, and/or tea tree oil after toning to fight acne and even skin tone
- Do this 2x a day (if you're skin is dry, then once a day is fine. If you have combination skin or oily skin, then 2x or 3x is fine too)
Body Skin Routine:
- add licorice root liquid extract to soap (I'll be using almond, peppermint, or african black castile soaps) and cleanse with that
- apply lotion/cream (i plan to use cocoa butter but whatever floats your boat) to WET skin
- apply oil (preferably coconut, olive, or sweet almond) afterwards
- apply vaseline or shea butter to elbows and knees
- put vicks vapor rub (yes, you read that correctly) on feet to smooth cracked skin
Teeth Whitening Routine:
- Brush teeth 3x a day for 2 minutes each time (I plan on using Sensodyne Extra Whitening toothpaste)
Hair Routine: (This is ideal for afro-textured hair. I currently have a protective style so I can't do this right now but I will start after I finish the style)
- LOC 3x a week
- Liquid: water + vegetable glycerin + aloe vera juice
- Oil: Wild Growth Hair Oil
- Cream: unrefined shea butter
- Wash days: Prepoo with aloe vera gel and castor oil for at least 8 hours --> shampoo with peppermint shampoo --> deep condition
- Trim when needed
- I plan on straightening my hair every 3 months...but the less the better
Eyebrow/Eyelash Enhancing Routine:
- coat castor oil + aloe vera gel with a mascara wand
- apply to your eyebrows and make sure you apply it to your lash line
- best to do before bed
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO MEDITATE, HYDRATE, AND APPLY SUNSCREEN!!!
