Workout Number Of Weeks

I am only able to workout 3 times a week,will that affect my weight loss goal.

    Any is better than none and if you think you need more, are there short body weight or cardio workouts you could do at home? Maybe ten or fifteen minutes on days you don't have more time? Honestly eating at a calorie deficit is your first goal; if you are relying on exercise solely for that deficit then I think you will struggle. Hope that helps!

    Weight loss is affected most by your diet. Just keep your calories in on point and workout whenever you can! Exercise is obviously great for your health though :)

    Weight loss comes down to being at the correct calorie deficit for your weight loss goals. Exercise doesn't even have to be a factor, you can make the deficit you need just by adjusting your calorie intake.
