Feel free to add me, too. I log daily and my diary is always open even when it's embarrassing like this past week (injured my "good shoulder" and couldn't work out), so I've had a miserable time staying at 1200 calories. Started at 172.5lbs in March.... am at 144lbs now. 10 lbs (the hardest) I have to go! Everyone here can add me, as well! Tired of creeper messages from dudes.1

I'm Joy from California. It is my second time here, in 2012 I lost 20+ lbs. and kept it off quite a few years until I had to take a medication and gained it back plus some.
