@lbenson2006 and @Spliner1969 : Thanks! I tried it today with one foot placed in front of the other, and I definitely think I'll stick with that for now until my muscles strengthen up a bit and I'm more comfortable doing planks. Thank you both!2

Decided to update every Friday of my weekly progress. Although, it's been the same all this week! Today I pushed myself though and held it longer than I have been.
