How to DELETE entries in my FOOD LIST? I've tried suggested technique, however not working

Has anyone successfully deleted foods from their "saved" food list? I"ve clicked "Add Food", then selected the column "Frequent" and then clicked one, two or more radio buttons for foods I wish to remove, then clicked "Remove from List". A popup window asks something like "Are you sure you wish to remove..." and I click "YES". Then I review my foods... and they are ALL still there. My list is enormous and I want to simplify my selections.

Removing items from the Freqent list used to work fine. It is not working now. I guess MFP broke it when they messed up the Recent list behavior on 27 April. I don't really use the Frequent list, so it does not impact me much.

I would recommend reporting the bug by opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

I checked the MFP Help/FAQ pages and found that MFP is aware of the bug.

Bug: Unable to delete from Frequent List
We have identified the cause of this and hope to have a fix released by 5.12.17

Is there a way of combining all the foods into one list, instead of having recent foods, my foods and frequent foods?
