A full day of working out is, for pretty much anyone, a bad idea - for you, with a medical support team who feel that you may have an eating disorder? Very, very, very bad idea.

With all the best intentions and hope for you, I genuinely recommend that you please get help. You have a problem.

Why so negative???? For all you know she's referring to a day long hike/walk.

She may be, you're right. @PARIS4551 care to elaborate?

But, rather than being negative, I'm hopefully begin cautious. One of OPs earlier posts was shut down because of her pro-eating disorder type comments. In that post she said that her care team thought she had an eating disorder and that she disagreed. Her diary shows days where where only drinks tea and most days are sub 800 cals per day (of course that could just be inconsistent logging).

All these things could be perfectly normal, but my intuition is that they are not. If I'm wrong - I'm just being over cautious- and she goes and gets help there is no harm done. If I'm right and she has a problem @ zero to 800 cals intake per day even a long hike/walk is a bad thing to do and not something that should be encouraged.

I'm worried about you - that's the last I'm going to say about it. I hope I, and your care team, are wrong and that you're OK.

    Take care of yourself.

Um, no. Not all people with EDs have cardiac implications. If you have an ED and you have low blood pressure and heart rates, you're at the point of being considered for inpatient admission.
