How do I properly connect my fitbit? It says its connected but it's not appearing in my diary or adjusting calories like I've seen in other people's diaries.....? TIA!!

    Step 1: take the dongle and insert it into the thing
    Step 2: it works

    If that doesn't work, try this:

    Step 1: remove dongle
    Step 2: wonder to self what idiot decided to call it a dongle
    Step 3: hurl into orbit

    Repeat as needed.

    It has taken up to 24 hours for mine to work properly before when connecting a new fitbit or after having a problem with syncing

    Did you try adding exercise on mfp then go to your fitbit account and see if it updates? If it does then then the problem is probably with mfp, if it doesn't then the problem is probably fitbit, and then contact customer support for whichever one the problem is with.
