I think my body hates pizza, but I sure don't. what food does your body hate?

I find if i don't restrict any food, I don't get the negative effects. When I restricted dairy, I could have sworn to you that I was lactose intolerant because the smallest amount gave me issues, but now I eat it no issues - because I eat it regularly.
I discovered my issues through logging. Have ALWSYS had stomach issues, but they've gotten worse as I aged.
And I have issues eating too many raw vegetables. But, I think having issues with foods perceived as "bad" is more to do with people restricting them completely and not being used to them. If you don't eliminate them completely, you can have them in normal amounts without issue.
I tried that. But when everytime I try eating certain foods I either get migraines or several hours of labor worthy stomach cramps, I decided it's probably a good sign that my body does not want them. In my case, this includes soy, spicy foods, polish sausages, hot dogs, and a lot of fried foods with breading.0 -

Have you ever been bit by a tick? Some of them can make you allergic to red meat

Movie theater popcorn. I always want it, it smells amazing, and then it makes me feel like complete crap afterward.
Also, beer. I like beer, but it seems to be a migraine trigger for me.0 -

Chocolate. I hate it. I mean I love it. I absolutely adore chocolate. I don't eat it cause I hate hanging my head over the John with my hair stringing down in it at 2 am.
