This can include cookies, cake, ice cream and cupcakes. I heart of sweet potatoe cakes tasting amazing so share what desserts ACTUALLY TASTE GOOD :)

    Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

    3 Bananas
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    2 tbsp of cacao powder
    1/2 cup of soy or almond milk. May need more depending on size of bananas.

    Cut up bananas and freeze them for 5 hours. Make sure to place them on parchment paper.

    Blend ingredients together

    Those look great! I was just thinking I need a good midnight snack as I've been waking up hungry and I'm paleo and pregnant so extra calories don't scare me and the protein/fat/carb content should help me sleep much better!

    I don't know if this counts as a recipe or not, but I've in love with making pudding out of casein protein lately.

    A scoop of casein protein and I slowly pour in unsweetened almond milk while whisking until it gets to be a thick creamy pudding. It is absolutely delicious, and does not work with any other type of protein, only casein. I've been eating a bowl every day lately. It is almost indistinguishable from instant boxed puddy IMO in terms of consistency. The flavor is dependent on the flavor of casein you use.

    Mix Cool Whip with PB2 powder. It becomes a delicious peanut butter mousse!
