I love the gym and can be in there for hours! I wondering how long everyone else spent in the gym or working out!

About an hour 3x per week. I also spend about an hour on non-gym days doing low or moderate intensity cardio. Got stuff to do. Can't be hanging out there all day!1

I spend around 2-4 hours in the gym everyday, i don't have any friends so it's kind of my happy place12

45-90 min... just depends on my mood3

At least an hour, but often more (depending on how much rest I need and if I add in things as I go along my plan). I like being at the gym when I don't have any place else to be at a specific time afterwards, so that I can relax and focus on my exercises and not the clock.1

I guess it depends on what I'm doing. My lifting can take anywhere from 30 min to 1 1/2 hours. 30 min would be a basic 5x5 routine, 1 1/2 would include extra lifts and accessories. It would take even longer if I added some cardio warm-up and cool down. I try to keep it quicker when it's right after work and I gotta get home for dinner. But right now it's summer break so I can take my time. I also do a lot of workouts at home. They are anywhere from 20 min yoga to long circuit videos or multiple workouts.0

One time, I was at the gym for 3 hours. I lifted for an hour, cardio + foam rolling and stretching for an hour, also ran my mouth for an hour.
If I don't goof off, usually an hour and a half max.5 -
I wish that I had time to go more, but I've been super busy lately.
I shoot for 3 days a week. Sessions usually last 45 minutes to an hour. I work out steady the whole time though. I usually do a 15-20 minute cardio warmup, then 15-20 minutes on weights, then another 10-15 minutes of cardio.0 -
For lifting, 45-75min (including warmup and rest), 4x per week.
Cardio/Circuits 15-30min 1-2x per week
Yoga 75 min, once a week0 -
25-45 minutes.3

I ditched my gym membership when I moved last year. Currently I spend 30 minutes 3 days a week lifting in my home gym, then spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours walking, running, cycling, or swimming outside.1

This what I do except 60 minutes on weights1 -
2 hours 60 min of cardio and 30 min strength training. Then I treat myself to the massage chairs at pf.1

As long as it takes... I don't have a set time4

60-70 minutes 4-5 days a week. Half of that is cardio work either on a bike, treadmill or elliptical. The other half is lifts for whatever muscle group I'm doing that day. Short and to the point. There's zero reason to spend HOURS in the gym. People that do that are either over working their bodies, taking long breaks between exercises, or taking too many gym selfies.5

2 to 5 hours - Monday through Friday. Except this past week because I pulled my shoulder/neck or something and couldn't turn my head. It was heinous. I had to stay home all week and actually try to eat 1200 calories.1
