Hi guys!! So the pictures in the strapless suit are from my past vacation this summer and the turquoise suit was a year ago. I'm 20+ pounds lighter this year but only started this journey about 6 months ago, but lately I have found that I have started to compare myself to other girls (I'm 18 and getting ready to go off to school) and I have started to binge eat. I'm not sure if it's from getting nervous about moving out or what but I have hit a complete plateau these past 2 weeks. I workout like crazy and change my workouts up all the time so my body can't get used to one thing. Any tips or advice for the plateau, confidence, or how to avoid the freshman 15?

Watch what your eating as diet is more impactful than exercise. Make friends at school that also eat healthy. If you have a fridge buy healthy food. Try to make good decisions when eating out. Have some fun every once in a while. When are you binge eating? What is triggering it?

Are you bored or stress eating?
What other coping strategies do you have to deal with this stress?

I do have a fridge so I will keep my go to healthy snacks stocked! And I normally start to binge eat when I get bored and have been at home for too long. Lately I have started to take my dogs on a walk or try and clean my room. It has helped some for sure. I can't just sit around all day and watch Netflix. I make sure I don't snack infront of the tv or my laptop if I can help it

You're absolutely beautiful. Stop comparing yourself! We're all different for a reason. Love yourself, eat healthy, meditate for stress, and keep up the good work.

Thank you. I will definitely try meditation!
