All-righty Gals and Gents ..... We're in our last week of the July Challenge! Time to keeping kicking butt or maybe kick alil more than we would have liked to in July.

    I sure hope this is an open group!

    SW - 185.6 lbs (Monday August 1) er...well...today anyway XD

    Anything special I need to do? I've not done a challenge before.

    I am definitely in. Did lousy in June and not so good so far in July but last week something clicked and I am on the right track. 30DS and some walking plus zumba and Wii Fit / Wii Sports and my activity levels are up and finally I seem to be mostly in control on the food too. In the last week my fitness has increase measurably so I am looking forward to August. Got a big family do on 20th and a nice dress that would look a lot better without the belly!

    Will post SW on Monday and I am hoping to be out of the 140's so my goal for end Aug will be to get out of the 130's. I will be so pleased to see 129 again I will have to celebrate - in fact 129lbs is my next goal weight which I want to get to by 5th Sept (my son's 2nd birthday) so see you all on 1st August :happy:

    My name is Jackie (jlbiles) I am the database keeper for the 10 pound challenge. I am writting this to let you know how this challenge works. On the dates below we weigh in. Any other day you can post and communicate to the group anything else you want. If you need encouragement, help ect. The owner of the group is fatboypup.

    I need you to post your weight by Wensday of each week. If you mess a week I will delete your name from the database enless you tell me what is going on a head of time. You can reach me at this address or jlbiles@ymail.com. If you can't open the database I post once a week let me know and I can email you a copy if you give me your email address. Any other questions just ask.

    Remember 1-2 pounds a week is healthy weight loss. almost no one ever looses the 10 pounds a month so don't let that discourage you.
