I've recently returned to exercising. I forgot how good I feel when I get a good workout routine going. If you fall off, you just get right back on, regardless of how long it's been.

Anyone else struggling with that last 15-20 lbs to lose?
I've made my food diary public. Following a high protein low carb meal plan.
Considering keto if anyone else has done that? any advice would be appreciated.

You can add me too! I am also looking to follow people on their journey to health. I am new here. I am in my mid 40's, a mom, and have a demanding full time job where I do a bit of International travel. With being a mom, a wife, and a worker, I almost never prioritize myself. It's all a work in progress.0

I'm struggling to lose the last bit of weight too. Had to get back into a normal workout routine and one week in, I'm seeing a bit of progress. I just reopened my closed diary for accountability.0
