I'm in the UK and have been drinking Asda's (Walmart) meal supplement shakes for breakfast and lunch, with fruit snacks in between, then having a healthy tea (dinner). I've been averaging 1200 cals a day and eating exercise calories half of the time. My son has autism and isn't much of a sleeper so I'm usually too tired to do much in the way of exercise x
