5 Weeks keto!

I'm 49 and been doing keto successfully for 5 weeks. Results are slow and steady. At my first weigh in at 4 weeks I was down 7 pounds. Moving forward, I refuse to weigh myself for fear of falling short of expectations. I'm 190 now and my goal is 160. Would love to establish some friends to enjoy this WOE together...support each other and share recipes. All the best!

Hey just started keto; I'm 33 and focused on the long haul. I'm 178 today and goal is anywhere near 150 then re *kitten*. I've been on for about 10 days and finally hit ketosis last two days.3
