Help! Stuck in a weight loss plateau

Help! I'm trying to break through weight loss plateau. I have been losing weight (1-2 lbs a week) since march with no problem. Watching my food and the kinds of foods going in. Going to the gym 5-6 days a week for about an hour. Cardio, machine weights, some resistance, stretching and crunches. The past month I haven't lost anything. I haven't gained weight. I've tried mixing up my workouts but nothing is helping.
Feel like I'm trapped in a storage mode and my metabolism has dropped.

What are your current stats, height, weight, goal weight? How many calories are you eating a day?

How's your logging been? Using the food scale for ALL solids? Measuring cups/spoons for ALL liquids? Using the recipe builder? Using accurate entries? Accurately calculating exercise calories? Logging EVERYTHING that passes your lips? I have never personally seen a stall that wasn't due to logging issues.

Personally, i do a kick start. Ill eat raw fruits and veggies, chicken, tuna, and nuts for a week. I always felt during these time that my body was getting complacent and needed a shock or cleanse to get going again. It works for me. Good luck.

It 'works' because you're in a calorie deficit, simple as that...

I plateau every 6-8 weeks for 1-2 weeks, then the needle moves again. It is possible this happens because I get sloppy with my diet, and the lack of movement causes me to re-focus.
