Best of luck. I have just starting intermittent fasting this week. It's fine in work, I just drink green tea In the morning to curb my appetite. This is my 1st weekend trying it, so this will be the first test. Going on holidays for 3 weeks next though. So it's going to be super hard, but I am going to try to stick to the intermittent fasting as much I can. I feel I will have a lot more control over what I can eat. Best of luck again

I was not familiar with intermittent fasting. From reading your post, I did some research. I think I would like to try The 16/8 Method: Also called the Leangains protocol. Which method do you use?

Motivation.... How about diabetes? Eating carbs and sugar after you develop diabetes leads to taking more and more drugs to control it
($$ and time, inconvenience, discomfort) or if not controlled - blindness, organ failure, and amputations. Not to mention if you gain a few pounds a year then how many years do you have before you are limited or disabled by your weight? High Blood Pressure? More meds and $$, and the very real possibility of a stroke that can leave you partially paralyzed. If something should kill me then such is life, but I really do not want to be limited. Been there and coming back. Hope that helps...
