    Appetizer: A serving of chilled rotini pasta mixed with finely grated alfredo along with a small bowl of hot minestrone soup.

    Main Course: Glazed hot orange chicken breast served with a side of parmesean Israeli couscous and three dolmas.

    Dessert: A choice of either a slice of Tirimisu or a serving of flan.

    ...and of course an after meal drink of either Beer or Wine should round off the evening.

    This is what i'd wipe up

    Appetizer:
    fresh baked chips and salsa

    Main course:
    tender loin steak slowly cooked in my cast iron, lightly cooked vegetables( carrots, broccoli, asparagus, and sweet peppers). home made red mash potatos. light gravy made from the dripping from the steak cooking.

    Drink:
    red wine

    Dessert:
    philadelphia cheese cake(I'm really good at making this from scratch) served with fresh fruit.
