Hi Everyone!!! I am somewhat new to MFP. Ive been a memeber for a week now. I have been eating under my calorie goal but only seem to loose .5 lbs ): Is there any at home exercise tips? Anything will help .

As it's a goal you need to hit it. Not be under it.

I am at 1500 calories a day. I coach volelyball so I run 3 days a week with the girls plus I practice with them 2 hours a day. 5 days a week/and Im doing ab work outs every night.0

sounds like you probably need to start trying to reach your goal of 1500....sometimes not eating enough causes more harm than good.
Once upon a time when i was very overweight (207 lbs), I began walking 10k steps per day...no other real exercise...and eating only 1500 calories per day....I lost an avg of 10 lbs per month. Then I increased my activity to full body strength workouts and a few hours of cardio per week...had to up my calories to 1700 and I dropped another 20 lbs over 12 weeks! I was shocked that eating more allowed me to continue to lose weight!
And at home workout tips...try to find a good dvd workout program that you will enjoy. I have found that most of the Beachbody in home fitness programs keep my interest for the entire length of the programs...especially P90X...it is my favorite! But there are many out there...you just have to find the right one and commit to it.0 -
Ab muscles are like any other muscles and need rest. Do not do Abs every day. If you run the same pace w/ the girls you have probably adapted. sounds like you need to shock your system by changing up the routine. Replace an Ab day with Sprints and another with a long slow jog. Example Week 1: M-W F Abs T- TR Run. Week 2: Run M_W_F and ABS T-TR..etc.. Try to run 1st thing in the morning. you may have to skip some runs with the girls or you can change their routine as well.0
