I just weighed out a half serving of Fage total (113 grams) and then mixed in 1/4 serving of organic frozen raspberries. Very creamy and filling with a touch of sweetness. I've been trying to figure out how to enjoy Greek Yogurt with out the honey and I think I found a good way! It's also only 125 calories and 10 grams of protein. This is going to be on the regular breakfast rotation for me.
