You can't target areas to lose fat.
The fat comes off from all over the body and there is no way to control where it goes from.
It can be annoying when other than one part of your body you are happy with how you look but for the most part it is a good thing.
Imagine how silly people would look if targeting areas was possible. You would see people with slim stomachs and giant legs.
Keep the deficit going and in time you will see the results you want4 -
When you lose weight, the fat comes off from wherever...you have no control over that and you can't spot reduce fat. For many people, the belly is primary fat stores...it's a first on, last off kind of thing.3

I lost 15 centimeters around my waist. From 80cm to 65cm. This took me two years. First I cut out sugar, and I found that it helped a lot. In addition, a combination of exercises which work out the core secondarily (not primarily) such as yoga and Pilates with a combination of regular aerobic exercise proved to be much more effective for my burning stomach fat as opposed to doing regular crunches/sit ups, which never seemed to make my tummy any flatter.
You may find that what you are concerned about is not stomach fat, but rather bloating that looks like stomach fat - find out which foods make you bloat and try to reduce your consumption of them as much as possible. If you are ready to make this following change. I urge you to do so desperately - quit dairy ! It is not necessary in the human diet and can be harmful in several ways. When I cut out dairy I lost the final 10cm of my waist. And finally - eat a heavier breakfast and lighter dinner, so that you do not wake up with a bloated feeling / bloated look.18 -
My advice is to comletely ignore the advice of @pinknerdfromthe70s and read what @cwolfman13 wrote carefully as it is true.
Also check the stickies.4 -

all that is needed to lose fat is a deficit. you dont need to cut out sugar or dairy unless you have an allergy or intolerance. those things are also not harmful in someone who doesnt have issues with it. I lost a lot of fat eating what I wanted while in a deficit.Im still losing fat and I just had some chocolate and a few gummies.4 -
Stay at a deficit, and be patient. Lift weights to maintain as much muscle as you can.5
