3 cups skim milk (mostly with my 2 lattes - made at home)
2 tsp agave nectar in above lattes0 -
I'm having breakfast right now. It's two package of Quaker Instant Oatmeal, peaches and cream. YUMMY.0

I had a multigrain enlish muffin - 100 calories with smart balance omega enriched peanut butter approximately (1/2 a serving size) 100 calories.0

Apple Crisp Oatmeal...YUMMY!!! and a glass of diet cranberry-grape juice. Right now I'm eating a banana and a 90 calorie chewy Dark Chocolate Cherry granola bar. Are we doing lunch too?
Here's the plan for the day:
Lunch is a whole wheat bagel with 2 tbsp fat free cream cheese, 14 baby carrots, 1 stick 2% milk string cheese, and a yogurt.
Afternoon is an apple, 12 veggie crisp chips and 16 fat free pretzel sticks.
Dinner is 4 oz. Tilapia (fish) with some sort of veggie...not sure which yet.
Then in the pm I have whey protein with 1 cup of milk.

I had 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp no sugar added preserves on a high-fiber, low carb tortilla. I call it a PB&J Burrito. I also had Light & Fit yogurt and coffee!

I ran out the door this morning with a Kelloggs Nutri Grain breakfast bar, two hard boiled egg whites and an orange.
Lunch will be some kind of Lean Cuisine meal (no time for lunch either).
Dinner will be leftover whole wheat pasta with squash and ground turkey meatballs.0 -
My everday breakfast - keeps me full until lunch.

1 Activia light yogurt (has anyone tried this? It's wonderful for 'digestive health') (70 cal)

I'm a college student, so I can't eat really nice food. Even eggs are a little expensive for me right now.

Breakfast for me is Dinner for you guys! So, I had two Boneless, skinless Chicken breast fillets (baked) and about a cup and a half of mixed vegetables. I lift hard so I need the protein fixes!!0

I was running late trying to get the kids to school on time, so all I had for breakfast was an Activia yogurt. When I came home I excersized and then had 1 packet of apple and cinnamon hot cereal. Not sure if the yogurt and cereal would be combined as breakfast, but they were both eatten in the morning, lol!0
