On the days I exercise I'm so tired.....I almost feel like I did when I was in the first trimester of pregnancy....& NO i'm not pregnant!!!
I thought my body had adjusted to my level of exercise but I did a diff bootcamp class on Wed & I still feel tired. I worked out today too. Do I just need to lay low tomorrow? By about 2pm I feel like I'm going to pass out!!!

Are you getting enough rest/sleep? Maybe some vitamin/iron/calcium supplements to your diet? If you are tired by 2pm sounds like low blood suger levels.0

Are you getting enough Iron, sleep and drinking plenty of water?0

Could be any reason... Are you drinking enough fluids? Are you getting enough rest, how many hours do you sleep at night? Are you taking a multi-vitamin? Could be a question to ask your doctor. Maybe you are iron deficient or a thyroid problem.0

You may not be consuming enough calories OR when this was happening to me, an MFP friend suggested that maybe I wasn't eating enough carbs and fat, and as it turned out, I was way below the recommended percentages. Since I have tried to achieve a better calorie balance I've felt better.0

Take high potency vitamins every day...if you can, take ones that are specific for women. Also, try drinking a protien shake (whey)an hour before working out and another protien shake after working out within 45 mins. Add an amino recovery powder to the shake. Maybe take some extra Bs. Get plenty of sleep and insert rest days to your work out schedule. Not a pro at this at all...this is what I do and it is working for me. I used to be tired all of the time too. Good luck!0

How much sleep are you getting at night ? Is it good quality sleep ?
Also, how much and WHAT are you eating ? You need to eat to keep up with the calories you are burning, elsewise you will get fatigued and exahusted from the workouts that you are doing.
Hopefully that helped somewhat! Also, make sure you take at least 1 day off during the week from exercise! Dont overwork yourself!0 -
My suggestion is to eat breakfast before you workout. Preferably protein and make sure to strech and warmup before exercise as well. Afterwards keep moving and eat lots of fruit and veggies. :happy:0

My prob is getting the kids to bed early so I can have "me" time. I don't get it during the day & sometimes stay up Til 1200-1230
I need to add a vitamin I keep forgetting them! I do take CA now.
Thx for advice
And some nights my 2.5 yr old wakes up During the night0
